Our global community
From our earliest days we have brought together people from different backgrounds and experiences to create a new type of company that has continuously challenged the status quo and enabled us to build the world’s leading creative production company.
We are a single, global community of extraordinary talent and expertise, working together to deliver the best creative production for our clients. But we always want to do more. We believe that every office should have its roots in its local community, playing a part in making society work for everyone. Our unifying CSR theme of creating opportunities for young people is an important driver, but we also encourage everyone to champion causes that they are passionate about.
At Hogarth we are passionate about championing a better, diverse, and inclusive culture within our global communities. The D&I group is an active network across Hogarth’s offices around the world, welcoming and celebrating different perspectives from across the business, with the underlying belief that all of us should be “the change we want to see”.
Our Planet H affinity group exists to raise awareness of environmental issues within the business. Planet H identifies, promotes and drives environmental changes by raising awareness externally as well as driving internal initiatives aimed at making Hogarth a more environmentally conscious company.
The HoGAYthians collectively represent an inclusive and progressive voice in the advertising world, creating opportunities to mentor and help the disenfranchised within the LGBTQ+ community, and providing experiences to celebrate our diversity, creativity, and culture.
MAD is an affinity group at Hogarth offering help and support to working parents. From pregnancy and coming back to work, to being a parent of older children, the group aims to create a collaborative environment within Hogarth that offers advice, organises talks and provides a support network for parents to speak to other parents.
Founded in 2018, the Tarsilas group at Hogarth Brazil aims to promote the changing role of women in the workplace. Tarsilas aims to provide women with a louder voice in the advertising industry.
